Booking & Cancellation Our of consideration of others, we kindly ask you to provide 24hrs notice when cancelling appointments, otherwise a 50% fee may apply and cancellations on the day will incur full fee. Please be aware all treatments are completed as scheduled, so late arrivals will unfortunately cut your pampering short.
